In Sotix a product is a parent model with size × colour variants. You create the model once, while stock, prices and sales are tracked for every variant separately. No need for hundreds of unrelated cards.

A register for a boutique: fast sales and returns

A boutique register should be quick and never keep a customer waiting. Sotix Kassa runs on Android, iPhone and iPad, Mac, Windows and in a browser. Pay by cash, card through a terminal, or Payme, Click and Uzum by QR straight from the register; split payments are supported.

• returns are handled at the register, and if the customer owes a debt, the return pays it off first;

Several locations: stock by branch and transfers

If you run a boutique plus another shop or a warehouse, you need stock per location. Sotix supports multiple warehouses and branches and transfers of goods (and cash) between them. When a size is missing here, the seller sees where it is and arranges a transfer instead of losing the sale.

Stocktaking can be full or selective (by ABC), and there is a blind count where staff count without seeing the expected quantity. Shortages are charged to the responsible person. Read more in inventory management in Uzbekistan.

Customers, bonuses and seller motivation

Fashion customers buy again when you bring them back. Sotix includes a customer database, bonuses, customer groups with discounts, gift certificates, birthday reminders, promotions and promo codes.

Seller pay needs no manual maths: salary is a rate (per shift, per hour or a fixed salary) plus a percentage of sales and KPIs, with a timesheet based on register shifts. Reports show sales by seller, branch and product.

What is not selling: ABC and slow movers

An unsold collection freezes cash. Sotix reports show slow-moving products, ABC/XYZ analysis, profit and period comparison, so you can see what to reorder and what to put on sale. If you ever carry goods that require mandatory marking, Sotix supports DataMatrix codes (Asl Belgisi), with a code per item on the receipt.

The owner gets Telegram alerts: low stock, falling behind the sales plan, cancellations after payment, and shift and day summaries.
