What makes cosmetics hard to track

A lipstick in twenty shades, the same fragrance in bottles of different sizes, testers, gift sets and all of it with a limited shelf life. In a spreadsheet such a range grows to hundreds of rows, and a salesperson cannot find the right shade when a customer asks. You need cosmetics store software that understands variants, batches and repeat purchases.

Many SKUs: variants, barcodes and price tags

In Sotix a product has a parent model and variants, for example shade or volume. You create the model once, and stock, prices and sales are tracked for each variant separately. That way the range does not turn into hundreds of scattered cards.

The slow-moving report shows what has been sitting too long and should go on promotion. ABC/XYZ analysis helps you see which brands bring most of the revenue and which only take up shelf space.

Bonuses, gift certificates, promo codes and birthdays

In cosmetics, customers pick the shop that remembers them. Sotix has a customer base, bonuses, customer groups with a discount, gift certificates, birthday greetings, promotions and promo codes. It all works right at the register: the salesperson sees the customer, redeems bonuses, or accepts a certificate and a promo code without a calculator.

The register and payments

Sotix Kassa runs on Android, iPhone and iPad, Mac, Windows and in the browser. Payment is cash, card through a terminal, or Payme, Click and Uzum by QR from the register, and split payment is possible. Returns are handled at the register, and parked receipts help while a customer is choosing one more shade. The e-receipt goes out by link, QR or SMS, with printing on 58/80 mm tape. Several shops and stocktaking

If you have several shops or a warehouse, Sotix keeps stock for each location and lets you transfer goods between them. The supplier auto-order is built from minimum and maximum stock, and Telegram alerts tell you about low stock. Stocktaking can be full or selective (by ABC), with blind counting, and a shortage is assigned to the responsible employee. More in inventory management. For goods with mandatory marking, DataMatrix codes (Asl Belgisi) are supported.
